I really want to ask Mac management what kind of training they give to their staff really. I mean every time I visit this ambience Gurgaon store I feel their staff is pathetic. They have some air about them as if they own the brand and store. I am a huge fan of the brand cosmetics but due to their behavior I end up buying nothing and buy it from some other store. Most of their employees are in their room or out of the store. When you ask them to assist you they just give you a brief idea and left spoiling the retail industry really need an attitude change. 04 Sep 2016
