I have fallen into great trauma. I had taken connection from the MTNL five years ago, from few days phone was not working properly. In order to correct the issue, I contacted the MTNL Customer Service Center but found nothing because they do not attend a phone. After facing so many problems finally, I resolved the problem. I am very disappointed with the MTNL customer service center that did not help. 09 Jul 2015
