Respected Sir/Madam, Vikas chand jain this from C-110, RAMPRASTHA, GHAZIABAD, UP, 201001.Dear sir i had booked a HYUNDAI VERNA FLUDIC from your showroom last year in june2011. I had also made the full payment against the car. Even after that A LOAN OF 6LAKHS also dis-versed to you From HDFC bank. But due to late in delivery i had cancelled the booking. I got My full payment back from you and also the loan amount returned to the HDFC bank. But i had done the insurance from ICICI LOMBARD ON 20-07-2011 BY PAYING them a amount of Rs30,671/-. Now the matter is that when i have conversation with ICICI LOMBARD agent they say that i have to take the NOC from you on the letter head of MALWA GROUP that vikas chand jain has not taken the Vehicle from our showroom and ICICI LOMBARD can return the full amount of Insurance i.e Rs30,671/- to vikas chand jain.
