The worst tours and travels services. Hired a tempo traveller for a 4 day trip. AC stopped working while after covering just 150 kms. The owner promised to send an AC car for my grand parents for the return journey. On the last day gave unjustified excuses and did not send car. Owner very rude. Driver arrogant. The bus was sent an hour late than we had planned for.
Does not give receipt for inter state taxes. The owner had taken a 2 month UP permit for around Rs 5500 and charged us Rs 2000 as UP tax for our trip. In another state the tax for 1 day was Rs 360 whereas the driver asked us to pay Rs500. On asking for receipt we came to know of actual amount.
Overall a very unpleasnt experience!! 27 May 2011
