Vide bill number 180B1419641 dated: 28/03/2016, along with items I purchased Shubham Sorted Rice (item code number M352458=4) Kurnool rice 25 kg: bag. Today only I opened the bag and used 2.5 cups rice and I found that the quality is not good. The cooked rice is not fine and it is not fine variety. After seeing the bag in metro as per the print on the bag I thought the rice Kurnool sona masoori rice, it is fine variety. The quality is not at all a good one, and after cooking the rice is becoming very rough. Is there any returning exchange policy is there in metro so that I can exchange the opened bag with fine variety rice bag. I shopped on that day for total amount of bill rupees 10,051.00. 04 Apr 2016
