I have a Mitsubishi air conditioner and before ten days i faced cooling problem with this air conditioner. I contacted to Mitsubishi customer care center and registered my complaint. I waited for two days but, i did not get any response from them. I also sent an email message to them but, there was no revert from them. I am totally frustrated from Mitsubishi customer care services. 09 Jul 2015

I bought the Mitsubishi air conditioner six months ago. I am so happy with this air conditioner. It has the features of quick cooling. In these six months, it just created problem only once and It was not a major problem. I logged my complaint to Mitsubishi customer care center and the repair man of the company rectified the problem within twenty four hours in free of cost. I am glad and satisfied with this air conditioner and also with Mitsubishi customer care services. 09 Jul 2015
