Mixy house as Braun service center is a total failure; they didn't even know how to open a Braun juicer for servicing. They used to collect and give it to local service centers for servicing and take a huge commission on it. I myself experienced this and it took more than 3months in getting my juicer back, during these days they never used to pick up even my calls by seeing my number and if tried from some other number they will pick up and will give some silly excuses. 03 Apr 2017
