Dear sir
I am writing to inform you about the faulty mobile phone that I have purchased in your store.
I am Abraham, on the 6/7/2018 I bought a brand new moto m gld mobile from your store.
How ever upon one week of using it problems started to appear. The main two problems are over heating and hanging.
Naturally I retutned the mobile phone in your authorized serviceing Centre one month before but there is no response from your side, I am very upset of your poor service.
If you are not take any immediate action in my case I go through legally.
