I have give my Bike and Helmet in December 1st week for shipment from Bangalore to Pune and they charged Rs 3500(includes transportation cost 2500 and 1000 packing insurance charges). After a week they have delivered my bike with damages (Indicator broken and mirror broken, lot of scratches in bike) in Pune and they have lost helmet. Till date they have not paid any damages nor returned my helmet. When I call Abhishek 9590769394 and Mishra every time they will tell they are still looking into this. After few days now they are not picking the phone worst packer and mover. I would have given 0 or minus stars if there was an option. I basically spent 1000 helmet cost scratches on bike, which would be around 4k. I suggest go with another transporter or transport via train. Please do not be fooled by their sweet talks, it’s basically to get your business. They don`t care about the customer once something is messed up. 13 Feb 2016
