Dear Sir,
The above mentioned order was booked.
I received the consignment and paid money.
Grievances;
1.As promised, Rs. 5000/= voucher not sent with consignment.
2.Reported complaint to customer Care.
3.Complaint not yet resolved.
4.Matter serious, as customer care mis-behaved too.
