Yes, I agree with the observations made by Mr Surender (as above) about surveyors of your company. Your company surveyors harass customers unnecessary by raising unreasonable/illogical objections to the claim. They are behaving so for their hidden vested interest or there are instructions to them from your company to harass customers as much, they are left with one option to forgo their claims ultimately. Please instruct them to co-operate the customers in filing, preparing and submitting the claim particularly of Ambala Cantt. 1. Please refer my Private car Insurance Policy No 420400/31/12/6100017491 dated 09/03/2013got through Ambala Cantt.

2, I submitted my documents for the Insurance claim to the co. in the month of Aug 2013 after occurrence of the accident. The development officer Vijay Sharma at Ambala Cantt keeps assuring every week to week for the claim . I have submitted all the requisite documents to the co. well in time but it does not make any difference to the co. officers to react on it and pass the claim on the documents submitted to them. I think they make fool of the customer and not interested to help out the customer. That is why they are made development officer to develop the co. by not allowing any customer to claim the money from the co.

3. In view of the above said problem please advise me the actions against the co. to recover the insurance claim for which I have made numerous phone calls and other actions as they said from last three months. 22 Oct 2013

I had purchased a new Bajaj pulser bike 150cc last year in the month of August from Bajaj show room of ambala cantt . They provided me the insurance for my bike of your company. At that time they provided me the cover note for the insurance and told me that policy of insurance will be received by me at home via post but till now I have not received any policy from your company. When I try to contact via phone numbers given on cover note I always get a reply that number is not correct. Please help me as soon as possible. I need my policy number urgently.
