Nine months ago, I have bought a ZTE blade buzz white v815w mobile phone from the new tech solutions. Last month I had faced some touch problem with my phone. Then I checked the phone from ZTE mobile service center. I have paid 1000 rupees for these services. But again, I have faced the same problem with my phone. 01 Jul 2015

ZTE is providing the worst service. A couple of weeks ago, I was going to the ZTE service center to repair mobile. They repaired mobile and charged more than enough amount, but the problem still reoccurs. I even contacted them regarding the concern, but they refused to fix. Last year I have purchased HTC 816g form New Tech Solution in Mumbai city. After buying ten days phone Dual speaker is not working properly, Very low sound in earphone, phone memory problem and also display quality is so poor. After that I contact with the service center during this problem but they did not give me any proper resolution. I am not satisfied with the services of HTC. 07 May 2015
