My car insurance is done on 13-Apr-2016 and till now after about 50 days taking the follow up several time I do not get my insurance copy in my hand. They promised me to send it to me via courier at the time of insurance, but no results at all, useless staff, beware of them. They only do fake promises. Every-time I call them they make new excuses. Feeling bad, that is why writing this long story. Don't know when i got my Insurance copy! 01 Jun 2016
