Hi all of you, I am Shubhna Sharma live in Mumbai. I am a housewife. I am also the customer of Indane Gas for last five years. I took this connection five years ago and that time the company's agent helped us very much. I had cooked on the carocine stove and it took too much time to start. Then I decided to take a gas connection and called the Indane Gas office. They send their agent and he himself completed our all formalities related to the new connection. Thanks. 14 Jul 2015

Hello, My name Renuka Saini from Mumbai. I am using Indian gas for last six years. I want to appreciate its agents. One day, our gas cylinder started leaking from the regulator. We were very afraid because the cylinder could blast anytime during its leakage. Then we make a call Indian Gas customer care and they send its agents at the right time and they helped us. Its nice experience with the HP of gas and petroleum company. The customer services are very fast. I had booked a home gas cylinder on yesterday. I tried many times on customer care number for booking my HP gas, but every time it goes engaged. I also registered a complaint on the online website. Still at the present time there is no any response I get. It’s very irritable and irresponsible things are happening with me. Last Sunday I booked the HP gas cylinder from HP gas customer care center. They booked HP gas and give me customer number. I have waited lot of days but still no gas delivery at my home.
