Respected Sir/Madam, my name is Rachna Aggarwaal. I am using electric Katey to make tea from last one year. Last day it is not heating the water. So, i went to Om and Kohinoor service center to repair it. Katey has repaired by service person of Om and Kohinoor service center. I have paid the Rs 500 for repair. Some days it is working well and now same problem occurring again. 10 Jul 2015

Hello Sir/Madam, I have bought an Inalsa mixer grinder last year. From few days, it was not getting grind the spices. So i gave it to Om and Kohinoor Service Center for repair. Now approximately 15 days passed to give the mixer at service center. Till the date they have not repaired. It is very urgent for kitchen's work. Please repair it soon.
