Poor service, I have two a/c in different places, every time I book for service. I get a call from another location. They say, it is out of their service area and will transfer it to another locality. But no one comes even after 3 complaints and 15 days. I am scared at the comments. But I have got 1.5 ton Onida A/c which is good and cools off well. Service also no problem -with Alwarpet chaps.
I would comfortably recommend for they are reasonable in price and quality, particularly their condenser is big and good.

Hi I try to contact you through customer care number 04439889000 from the morning your side computer voice telling please wait for the officer, but no one attend my call . Our washing machine start working after 10 minutes it shows the E2 and stopped, We purchased this may 2015 . So you please take immediate action to rectify this complaint

my onida smart tv purchased in dec 2016. remote was malfunctioned in sept. 2017 and reported immediatly to the local dealer SATYA AGENGIES, Tenkasi branch of Nellai district. Till date the the remote is not replaced in spite of the close follow up with the local agent
