Harshit I am not satisfied with Onida customer service numbers. I called on service number many times. But there is no one to give a proper answer about the query. Prabhjot Singh I am very disappointed with the customer services of the company. I have purchased a 32 inch LED TV from near a showroom. Within warranty period, it had created a problem with picture quality and in sound quality. I immediately informed the customer care services. After two days the service man came and had to try to repair it. After repairing he found that there was a malfunctioning problem in the panel. He told the panel will replaced within 2 working days.
