I purchased 22 boxes from this shop that time the dealer said we replace the broken tile box. But when I open the boxes at home for the time of tile installation I found one box totally damaged. I contact to dealer and the dealer say I am sorry. It is not our fault and this is a soil item so it is not replaced item, so I gave 0 marks for the dealers dealing service. 16 Oct 2016
