The officers inside this passport seva office are complete illiterate and don't have any courtesy to speak. These officers are low level frustrated from their lives and hence make all kind of trouble to the customers. I pity that due to these kind of officers we lose hope and it gives a bad name to our country as I have seen some foreigner too had bad experience along with me. 02 Jul 2015

This is a Office for Touts who will get you appointment by paying Rs.1000 per appointment...
On-line appointment is a fake claim. I am trying since 20th March 2013 daily at 6 pm but not possible to get as the site hangs....

File no GZ1078364765415, ARN 14-0012605094. I had an appointment on 02.01.2015 at PSK Ghaziabad. Due to time limitation we were instructed to hand over our file at the exit counter instead of verifying at counter C. I along with other applicants, present there submitted our file at the exit counter. Since then the status of my application is same "review at passport seva kendra" there is no progress at all. I have logged a Grievance too for the issue with SRN 1530300250 but no reply i got. Please help me to get the passport as its urgent.
