Residing at 100 Baba Ishar singh Nagar near dolly palace Basti sheikh Jalandhar 144002. I am living this address from 2002. My all aadhar card voter card ration card and address on my land record is same. Sir my son daughter and wife applied passport with this address and deposit the fees also. Now when regarding police inquiry phone came from police station they said this area is known as Ishwar Nagar not baba ishar singh Nagar. On my son's voter card area printed as Ishwar Nagar. Now I have applied for change of address /area name as ISHWAR NAGAR. Please guide the procedure to change area name in all application submitted with your office.
