I, R .V .K GIRIJA PRASAD had to receive a package of 4 peices,from Delhi SAI MAGWHEELS ,RAMA ROAD, it was booked on 4th of october ,And it had to be deliverd in GUNTUR,ANDHRA PRADESH,when I contacted ur people they told me that the package had come to vijayawada, and as guntur is near by , i went to collect my package on 13thoctober, with my lr form bearing Gc no-A 658531,and out of 4 peices 3peices where wrong ,and i left the 3 wrong packages at your patel road ways office in VIJAYAWADA,and had told them to traceout my 3 packages,and i was told that by mistake they had gone to TIRSUR,KERALA.and they said to me that the 3 packages are at ur patel roadways TIRSUR branch, bearing Gc no-658532,so i told ur people to get my 3 packages as soon as possible,for ur information i am giving u the package details-STAR RACING WHEELS,MODEL NO-S 244.please pursue the matter urgently and give me a feedback on when i will receive my packages,thank you .
