MOST HORRIBLE. pan CARD SENT ON 29TH aPRIL NOT RECEIVED TILL 6TH MAY. Contact no is got after lot of ordeal, responses most useless and irresponsible. They either do not have any system or pretend. Can they misuse PAN card 06 May 2013

Its me again whenever i call from my cell no reply to the mobile number person dont he have concern to reply the calls. The service is too worst. If he doesnt know to do the business let he close the business completely. 09 Apr 2013

Recently i applied for PAN CARD, when i gone thru to website to check my status it had been despatched on 26.03.13, but till now not recd my card, i was trying to reach thru land line & mobile number, no responds for both numbers.is really worst 09 Apr 2013

Most horrible service.
Think we should drag them to a court and boycott the services.
This is typical Indian way of doing business - highly irresponsive and pathetic.

I think PAN cards never get delivered, they take advantage of the fact that people are desperate and will anyways come to the office to pick it up. This is cheating. The don't even call to tell. Will surely go the consumer court or to the newspaper. 09 Apr 2013

one of the india's worst courier service reason being not received the pan card even after 7 days and the contact number update here he is disconnecting the call i think so that person who is disconnecting the call is worst person he is not eligible 06 Apr 2013
