I am under AMC with Prasanna for the service of my Honda Activa for quite some time of the 4 services as on date, (2) services were rendered by the Company to my satisfactory. 3rd service on 25.09.15 was not satisfactory. Complaint lodged. 4th service entrusted on 23.12.2015 at 9.10am. Till 25.12.2015 4.00pm, progress of service is not informed nor delivered vehicle. When inquired, there is no sufficient man-power. No specific complaint was reported on the vehicle to be carried. Just for overhaul required with oil change. Please inform why you undertake service without sufficient man power. I am put to lot of troubles without vehicle. Nobody is properly replying as to the abnormally delay in delivery. I am very sorry for the state of affairs. I feel I could have entrusted the vehicle to some small auto garage works. 25 Dec 2015
