Bimla DeviWith great grief I would like to inform you that almost one year has been completed the death of my husband"late Shreedhar Jha PPO No:-251409 BHR but after submitting all the documents also my pension has not been fixed & started from PNB Mamgwar, branch Distt.:- Saharsa, State:-Bihar. It is very difficult to survive in this old age. Manager does not take any interest.

Basic Pension reduced from Rs 8905/- to Rs 5156/- from January 2015 vide latest PPO of July 2014. Individual has neither received the PPO from PCDA nor given by the Tanda Urmur Branch on his request. I am a pension account holder in Keyatolla Branch,Kolkata vide A/C no: 166700030005230.At present I am in need of a certificate from the bank that I do not receive any medical allowance in order to get CGHS card through my previous office-Doordarshan Kendra,Kolkata. The concerned person Mr.Majumdar has said to me over telephone on 10.08.2016 that they have no way to ascertain weather I actually receive medical allowance or not. Under thecircumstances, I like to request you to kindly issue me a certificate on the above subject or you may confirm the branch in this regard so as to enable them to issue me the said certificate.

ANIL KUMAR SHARMA 31 Aug 2016 I was superannuated from service on 31/12/2015 and basic pension fixed as Rs. 11170/- w.e.f. 01/01/2016. As per 7th Pay commission report the pension should be multipled by 2.57. Thus the pension should be Rs. 25132/- p.m. instead of Rs. 24239/- from Aug 2016 onward. Please clarify. R K Kakar 5 Oct 2016 I hold a Pension account in your Branch. No. 430531100508 since yr. 2011.
I am to submit that I have not received revised pension even with Sep. 2016 credit whereas as per Government directions, it was to be given fron Aug. 2016 onwards.
May mention that all the retirees, I know of including the one holding pension accounts in PNB branches have been credited with the revised pension as well as the arrears.
I spoke with Sh Ashok Bhatia who is a very helpful officer but he expressed his helplessness stating that the the Pension Department of PNB is responsible for the action in the matter. On communicating with that office I was advised that the first complaint be lodged with the concerned branch and then escalated as per Bank's laid down procedure.
I am therefore requesting you to look in to the issue and if required, resolve the matter.

This is for your information that my pension file was transfer from PNB haily mandi to PNB fountain Chowk Gurgaon during Sep 2016 and account held in PNB Rajendra Park Gurgaon.
Pension has not been revised as per 7th pay com. Please reconcile the same.

Ram Krishen Fotedar 29 Aug 2017 i am pension holder and also pay my income tax. You people have started deducting 20% TDs from my pension amount, With this rate i shall be paying income tax double than what usually i pay. My humble request is to deduct 5000 Rs as tds.

M.Narayanan 27 Nov 2017 I was out of Town in Kerala village due to death of a relative and came back on yesterday. I went to Jorbagh branch to give life certificate. The CM told me that they have sent the life certificate details on 25 th itself and I will get the pension in Dec. I gave the life certificate and same was taken on record. I had taken the Form from the branch in October, before going and had sent the same to Jorbagh branch in Nov. I request that the life certificate may please be taken and pension be given. Rajesh Kumar Chhabra 25 Jun 2020 Greetings of the day, sir. I HFO Rajesh Kumar Chhabra hold a pension account at PNB D-17 Anan d Niketan New Delhi 110021. In recent past Air Force authorities have asked to submit personal information for issuance of New E-PPO. Sir. They have asked to mention bank CPPC . I am not able to get it whereas I tried all possibilities to get it. It is therefore requested to forward CPPC of PNB at the earliest for onward submission. TIA. Regards.
CdrAP Basundhra(Retd 2 Oct 2020 My Pension was reduced from Rupees 26265 to 22684 pm and recovered from account Rs 156714.However subsequent GOI letter No.1(2) 2016-D(Pen/Pol) dated 30 September 2016 stipulated Pension to be restored to 26265 pm w.e.f. 1 Jan 2016. Also called delinking qualifying service.
Please confirm if recovered amount has been credited back to me and now calculation done with 26265 susbsequently.
