PNB Bangaluru Office informed me through SMS on last 09/012/2016 that my chaque Book was sent by speed post to deliver me Ch/book to my branch Pnb Mandra HooghlyWB.
IFSC PUNB-0261500. mY a/c no-2615000300043668.
But SORRY to say till date I have not received any
Chaque Book nor they able to deliver me C/Book or take any VE action in this regards.

I have lost my Debit card and its validity was till sep2017.The account is under my name but since it was opened long back so i don't remember my Account NO.I need to issue a new Debit Card.Please help me out as how can i issue a new debit card.
