Complaining to the owner did not improve this situation. The male workers are polite and prompt and respectful to the customers when they answer the phone, take orders or deliver orders. The owner must take action on this matter or lose customers. 22 Feb 2013

WE are customers for over 15 years and Quality was good. Recently they have hired a female to attend to orders on the phone and she is the most impolite person who does not take your order or refuses to accept your order and simply slams the phone in 22 Feb 2013
