about gallbladder removal

Sir, I am suffering from below abdomen in inner part of near appendicitis like feeling particular particle both side two inch away from naval position. There is a low back ache where L4/L5 reported by doing MRI etc. I have done appendicitis operation in 14 December 2006 at 160 Military Hospital, even now the pain remain same. Below abdomen pain is severe, basically at night while I sleep I feel more. There is a throat problem I feel also caught is bound there and difficulty given. I am an ECHS card holder of Ex-Army, kindly advise me so that I can travel return journey from Silchar (Assam) to Chennai and back with stipulated period.
