Today I travelled from Kota to Ujjain via intercity express at 5 am and returned back by same train at 11 pm. When I picked my car which was parked at station parking, payment collection agent of contractor M/S Radhe Radhe Enterprises asked me for Rs 60. When I opposed him because nowhere was mentioned in the token that Rs 60 will be charged for one day. Rate written on token was Rs 10 per 4 hours. Which is for those vehicles which stay there for less than four hour? They are manipulating rats and recovers higher amount from passengers. Whether they are having tender of Rs 60 per day basis? Please look into the matter and revert me back if possible otherwise I will write to some higher authority. 04 Sep 2016
