Bad experience:-
1. No quality of product.
2. None responsive. (Cut your phone if you want to know product maintenance status).
3. Very unprofessional way of talking.
Case: - I have purchase one TV Tuner card zebronics. It look it an already defaced he gave me and told he has no device to test it. I have purchase it. Once try to use 1. Voice is not coming proper (although speaker is working fine). 2. Jump feature is not working. I after 2 days later I have go and complained about it. Rajat Electronics staff told he is not his deputy. Any how he received and told me to after 3 days you can collect. But after 3 days once i have call to given number (9540632658) he told me this will take 7 days and very unprofessional way of taking. After 8th day I have called (Rajat Electronics staff does not call me for any update). Still I am facing problem voice is not coming proper (although speaker is working fine).
