Hey, I am Mr. Samuel from IIT Roorkee and a foreign national. I was using Tata Docomo for the last three years. But this time it became worse that Tata Docomo is not providing a call service out of India. I could not call because it signals as I have dialed an "incorrect number" (not only me but many others, too). However, we tried Airtel or Vodafone and it calls the same number without difficulty. We don't know the reason why. Should you have any suggestions connected with outside call, please inform.
