we are the Reliance Retailer shop Ayanavaram Chennai-23, and we are getting esay charging from m/s Prakash telecom service palaiyakara street, Ayanavaram-23 regularly with large customers.But, yesterday 24th by 11 A.M APPROX. we are paid easy amount Rs.97/- instead of 96/-in the mobile number 7667240834 mistaken by me, immediately we are contacted Prakash telecom and your customer are service that they are said,not possible to reverse the amount and do not include Rs.97/- in any account. It is an idle or unaccount with us and you have to go for further action to take our office. we are not responsible for the in this matter. This way of answering approach is very much wounding to me. So you kindly my hard earned money must be reverse to my account and generally in future customer must be enjoyed their money utility with your mobile net work facilities in which you have to make or change your that idle money with your account must be put in any paln account this is my humble request
