I was using Airtel postpaid number 9810768499 which was ported to reliance last week with 599 plan of 3G calling Airtel number is now disconnected and reliance have not activated this number. However all document submitted. One message received that somebody will come for verification but nobody has come to my home. Please arrange to activate as soon as possible this is urgent.

Dear Sir,
I had recharged of Rs. 63/- on Dt:-10/1/17. On that day My Promo balance was of Rs. 60.50/-. Due to adding my money and want to extend my promo balance period. i had recharged on Dt:- 10/1/17. I got massage of recharge successful. But due to some technical problem recharge balance was not showing . i had complained regarding this. My Service request no. was 253527228. This issue had been solved after 3 days and also i got my recharge amount. But i lost my balance of Rs. 60.50/- . I just my need my amount of Rs. 60.50/- refund in my number. Just let me know why i will suffer if there is any technical problem from your side. So, Kindly, refund my money in my number. I tried to call your customer care. But everytime i got helpless.. no contract to your customer care person. it's really very bad that i faced during this period.
