I am looking for 180 bats. I have won the tender to supply 180, grade-1 English willow bat to Municipality of Brampton (near Toronto) and have to supply it by February 2013. They have very strict quality surveillance and can reject the supply if quality does not meet their criteria. Currently I am sourcing approximately 12 samples from six or seven vendors. I will submit these samples to municipality for their approval. Once accepted, I can order the full quantity from the supplier who has the best sample. If you are interested to supply, I am willing to buy two samples from you. I would like to have detail photos before shipping the samples. The photos should be of the two bat which you can ship as a sample. I will pay in advance for the sample. Your sample must meet the following specifications. If the bats meet the spec, I will keep them even though if I may not buy 180 bats from you ? If other supplier has better quality. If it does not meet the spec, I would like to return it t
