I am using the Hitachi Refrigerator from the last three years. I never found any difficulty in this everything is fantastic. I like the durability of the refrigerator. Only last week i faced one problem that was the cooling system, but that problem is also solved by the service center executive who came at home to repair it. So, I am thankful to the Hitachi services and the service center executives. Very responsible! 14 Jul 2015

I have Hitachi Refrigerator which i am using from the last 3 years. From the last one month it is not cooling well. I bought it about RS 45 thousand and i think to increase its cooling system, i have spent almost 15 thousand. So, is it good or bad? The only fridge has cost me within 60 thousand while the other companies are offering me the fridge with better features with less money. 13 Jul 2015

Within two days it stopped working and when my father went to a service center for complaint this. They registered the request and committed to replacing it within two days.
