We had the most wonderful stay at Goa through Royal Orchidea Vacations. We knew the story behind the hotel's construction and the incredible. So we felt privileged to stay in such a magnificent hotel. But it was beyond our wildest dreams. The attention to detail is like nothing I have ever seen. The staff is so attentive, without being intrusive and attend to your every need before you even know you need it. One day I had left a novel on the desk in our room and we found housekeeping had placed a hotel bookmark on it when we returned from our sightseeing. Thank you, Aakash for being so thoughtful. We sent our shoes to the laundry for cleaning as we had been walking over farmland at our previous stop and they were quite muddy. We wouldn't normally ask to have them cleaned. The laundry staff were so attentive and did such a beautiful job. I think the person's name was Vikas. He was amazing. 14 Feb 2018
