Three months ago, I have bought Alcatel One Touch Idol X from the SG Infotech. Last week, it was create some hanging problem. Then I went to the Alcatel Mobile Phone Service Center. They have checked this phone and solved the problem. I am happy with the Alcatel service. 17 Jun 2015
