Pathetic service .. please dont buy any furniture from this shop. They tell that they will deliver within 2 days but it will take more than 10 days after paying advance. Quality is also not good & its expensive compared to other shops. 21 May 2013

I have bad experience with SM Furniture Store. Purchased 3+2Seaters and a Diwan Set.Lot of manufacturing defects observed and complained. No action inspite of many followups. SM Furnitures is bad choice.Filing case with consumer court shortly.Hemanth 29 Jun 2012
