I called the SOTC Helpline Number. I wanted to ask that my reservation in a hotel through online that I did last month. The balance was deducted from my account, but on the day of leaving when we reached at the airport. My name was not there in the travel list. How that can be possible? Is it not a matter to get angry with you? Kindly refund my money otherwise give me clarification about all this matter, otherwise I am going to file a case for you. 07 Jul 2015

I called the SOTC helpline number for the booking of latest scheme. That is very interesting. The executive immediately reserved me. The latest offer is 1 price with 7 destinations. I am impressed with the executive job. He was also telling me about the other offers which they would offer in future. So, good job! I shall definitely book the other offers. 07 Jul 2015

Very friendly staff of Kuoni Travel, I remember, I booked online a booking to spend my holidays. Suddenly my uncle died before two days of leaving. I called at the helpline number of Kuoni Travel. I told them the whole story and ask to cancel my booking. They were too much responsive and immediately cancel my booking and refund half money. Thank you! 07 Jul 2015

I booked my air ticket from Kuoni travel customer care and gave the payment from debit by online. I was waiting for 2 or 3 days, but no one came at my home. So I again call to Kuoni travel customer care nobody picks my call. At the end, I went to this company and inquire about my booked tickets. My overall experience was not good with them. 17 Jun 2015
