I Deepali Sandhu Professor, live in sector 70 Mohali, want to complain that i and my few society members facing a very major problem in our society dur to one very big and horror dog live in house no. 2629, we have labradore and we unable to take our dog outside for walk, 22 May 2013

Good morning respected authorities ,
I live in sector 37d ,Chandigarh as Paying Guest . Very sadly to say that I don't find any water bowls for animals in front of the houses or near parks . The street animals are completely dependent on nature for water resources. They can manage food near market shops but they can't have water on their own . I just wanted to know is there any law reagarding street animals that is implemented on people to put water bowls necessary ???
