My Headphone Does not show when i connect my headphone in my set.

I bought micromax A110 in poorvika mobile shop at erode , tamilnadu.I've valid warrenty card for this purchase. I'm facing issue to connect headset in mobile.It's not showing headset symbol after connecting headset with mobile. It's also playing song in loud speaker even headset connected with mobile. Can i approach your center for get solution ? Can you accept the warrenty card for serving free of cost?

Hi Sabsonic,I am the user of Micromax X640 was trying your phone (033-40619293) but not get connected. Currently I am using Airtel connection , however signal is showing but instead of Airtel it is showing emergency . So I am unable to use the phone right now. Please suggest me is it the network problem or phone problem ?As I was trying to search the Micromax service center in Salt lake area
