I wanted to install a stair lift for my residence in Defence Colony, New Delhi, from the ground floor to the first floor. I checked on the Google and came across SAIBA STAIR LIFTS. I contacted them and spoke to Col Reikhi (Retd), owner of Stairlift. It was a pleasure to speak to him. I spoke to him on 14 May 23. On 15 May 23, in the morning the chairs and associated equipment arrived and by yesterday evening two stair lifts were installed, fitted and tested. Both were fully functional by evening. The equipment is imported by them from UK. The quality of the material and chairs are excellent. The technician, Mr Papu Kumar, deputed for fitment is extremely knowledgeable, very polite and courteous. On inter action, with Col Reikhi, found him to be fully knowledgeable and extremely polite and extremely helpful.
2. I am fully and extremely satisfied with the product, services rendered by STAIRLIFTS. I will definitely recommend STAIR LIFTS to my friends and relatives. I would give them 10 09 Sep 2023
