I had to shift few of my household stuff and a guitar from Bombay to Kerala. I had repeatedly told them that my guitar was expensive and extra care had to be taken. Despite their extra confidence and assurances, my guitar arrived broken at my home. I had told them to please make the wooden crate at my home, so that I could see that the guitar was packed safely in front of my eyes, on which the owner Mr Ajit Patel said that you will have to trust us and that we have to unnecessarily go back and forth from our office to home (distance was hardly 2km). I gave in, and finally they seemed to have broken the guitar while making the shabby crate. They broke it even before it left Mumbai. I shouldn't have trusted them. (They also go by the name Patel international packers and movers). 02 Sep 2015
