Shiv Travels is worst service provider and providing worst vehicles. Lie always and cheat peoples. I booked a tempo traveler for Nainital for 2 days but they sent me a worst tempo traveler where no AC is working, music system are not there means speakers are not inside only outside case of speakers are fitted. Vehicle stopped in between roads anytime. I booked the tempo at 6:30 am and they are not responding till 9 am. The vehicle is in worst conditions and the Shiv travels just putting me in trouble. This type of travel agencies should be terminated immediately. They cheated me of Rs 7000. I have proof of all these things. I started from Delhi Mahavir Enclave and reached Rampur, UP around 9:30 pm. Do you think the time taken by vehicle is justified? These things happened which caused monetary loss and time. The owner of Shiv Travels also threatened me on phone call. Never ever try Shiv Travels, Mahavir Enclave. 16 Sep 2015
