Want to share a bad experience with Shiva Vision care in BEL road. The cap of my spectacles had fallen down and went there to get it fitted as it was still in warranty and on above we were ready to pay also. But the way they responded was unbelievable. They were not ready to talk to us properly and on above that they were telling that people buy 50-60K specks from us and this is nothing. While buying they promised that it will not come out but later they said that we have only manhandled it. As if we are kids. They changed completely from the time we bought. Went to another shop and they easily fixed it without charging in spite of not buying from them. Even if they are not capable of fixing this they should have at least treated their customer properly. Will never ever buy anything from them, also would like to warn others if you want to buy from them be careful. 05 Sep 2015
