Hi, my name is Daisy. My friend gifted to me a Godrej GMX 25CA1 MIZ microwave oven on my birthday. After a week, the microwave creating problem, whenever, I was operating on it. It did not stopped after desired time of period. I sent it to the Shivam Sales and Services, a service center of Godrej products. The center fixed the problem in two hours. Now, five month are completed, it never occur any problem yet. I am thankful to Shivam Sales and Services center. 14 Jul 2015

Shivam Sales and Services really provide me worse service. I had purchased a Godrej microwave oven GMX28CA1 MKM from its authorized store. After a week, it showed a problem on timer screen. Its time screen didn't show exact time which I was set. Then, I took it to the Shivam Sales and Services which is the service center, after a week when I asked for my microwave. They said, the time screen was broken down during repair time and they did not repair it. In the future, I will never take my microwave to Shivam Sales and Services. 09 Jul 2015
