This complain is regarding the negligent and rude behavior of Nityanand travels operator and Hans travels jointly. On 26 December 2016 I had to travel from Indore to Ahmedabad by Hans travels. I booked the ticket through Paytm. The buss was scheduled at 9 pm on 26.
1) As we know that Paytm doesn't sends any bus number or something, it’s the fault of Hans travels and Paytm jointly and not the customer. The guy at Nityanand travels, Gangwal Indore was very rude and told me that there are 14 buses to the route, ask Paytm or Hans, I am not responsible, and will not allow". On forcing him he abused me. This is not fair to the reputation of Hans travels.
2) He didn't allow me to board the bus, at 2 am I got the message from Hans travels stating the bus details. How can you send the details 5 hours later the bus was scheduled to depart.
3) I tried reaching to both Hans and Paytm but their number was busy.

4) I think both are a real fraud and will escalate this matter
