But by that time with his crooked way of discussion and lies we lost our faith in him and in order to avoid any further losses to our goods we dropped Shriram Cargo, left our 1k and went for other cargo service which actually quoted only 5.5k and did the job pretty well.
So either don’t go with Shriram Cargo our tread very cautiously in terms of payments with them and never give an advance.

After some more persuasion he agreed to deduct the advance amount from the final bill and said that he will send his team for relocation in the evening. 30 Jul 2013

. A person was sent to our home for collecting an advance of 1k the very same day who took the money and signed the quotation that was given to us by Shri ram Cargo representative. On relocation day no one turned up and Mr Naresh Kumar simply refused that there was any booking or any advance was taken. 30 Jul 2013

I will share my incident with you and would suggest that you can decide for yourself whether to go for Shri Ram Cargo or not. I did a booking with Shriram Cargo for relocating from Gurgaon to new Delhi. The representative visited our home for quotation and after negotiations the price agreed was 6K. The cost agreement was done on call by Mr Naresh Kumar on Phone and the booking was finalized. 30 Jul 2013
