Hi Snapdeal officers may be by reading this review you might feel guilty and get back my refund of Rs. 30000/- which is pending from last year November 2015, reference number 1391316 all yours executive's, floor supervisors, Namely Karanshu, Arjun Sharma, Shiva Singh and assistant manager Abijot Singh and so many who have assured me to get back to me and have not. I have all the records with me, mails from Snapdeal stating refund with 48 hours, 4 business days, bit nothing has happened, assistant manager Mr Abhijot Singh told me when contacted after waiting 1.30 hours that the matter will be resolved with 48 hours, to my surprise. He has not even updated my concern which was confirm by Mr Shiva Singh when contacted today at 10.45 am, do you thing Mr Abhijot Singh is eligible for this post for being so negligent. Shiva also has promised me the same thing today to arrange a call back before 7 pm and assurance of refund with 24 hours, let’s see

I had ordered Philips SHS390 Neckband over ear headphone with order id 13862621713. The product was delivered before scheduled time therefore I was unable to receive the package. I asked to reschedule the delivery on 27 June 2016. But instead of that my order was canceled. And on checking the status the courier company shows "Customer refuse to accept" truly disappointed by this action of both Snapdeal and the courier company.
