Sir,I bought LED R series 56 inch TV last year, Now I have shifted to New House I need Re-installation of my TV to New Address, For this I am trying to contact Customer care in our town for past 4 days , no responses. It seems they don’t know the value of the word “”CUSTOMER CARE OR AFTER SALES SERVICE.””I am daily taking my Day Off from my office and old house owner daily calling me for more than 10 times a day to take my Sony TV out of his house ASAP or pay me full rent . I am totally frustrated and don't know what to do.Kindly help me in this regards, Here after I won't buy Sony Prod 08 Aug 2013

I HAD BOUGHT A SONY BRAVIA 32'' TV IN APRIL '11.LAST MONTH I WAS FACING PROBLEMS AND LODGED A COMPLAINT.THE COMPLAINT WAS LODGED ON 21/9/13 AND THE TV WAS TAKEN TO THE SERVICE CENTER ON 26/9/13.TILL DATE THE REPAIR HAS NOT BEEN DONE EVEN AFTER REPEATED FOLLOW UP.

Hi,
I am Mahaboob Pasha from bangalore. This mail is in regards to the complaint of the service center as well as the mobile phones of your company which is Sony.
On 24-07-2014 I purchased two phones Sony Xperia Z from Sangeetha mobiles from RT nagar branch Bangalore. After purchasing the phones the very next day i noticed that both the phones are getting heated up very quickly. Some instances like browsing,when i look at the pictures and the worst part is i cannot play any games as the phones get heated up so much i feel like the phone might get melted.
