Hotspot mobile retail shops around the Kolkata city any other cities around Kolkata is one of the worst franchises to buy mobile. I recommend rather you buy a mobile from your local pan shop but not here as its worst place. First of all it is only priority is to sell and no service assistance for anything, I have brought a high end Samsung C9 Pro from them, they have given me a few freebies along with the handset which doesn't match any standard by far as per the phones standards. Any ways when I go to complaint of the quality of freebies they have just given me lame excuses and blamed the company's management approval for such low quality of the freebies. They ultimately have given such bad behavior that I have decided to never recommend or visit this showroom ever. 19 Mar 2017
